When you purchase a Policy with us, an online account will be automatically created for you containing the personal information you provided at application and your Policy details. All information you give to us when purchasing your Policy must be true and correct. You agree to give us updated information if any of the details you gave us when opening your account becomes out of date.

Your account will be closed when your Policy ends, or if it is cancelled at any time by you or us which is outlined in the Policy Wording.

Communication from us

You agree to receive notices, certificates, consents, approvals, instructions, advertising or any other communications from us via email or text when you give us your email address or phone number.

Our products and services

The products and services on this Site are only available in New Zealand and to New Zealand residents. Although it’s possible to access this Site outside of New Zealand, we make no representations, promises or guarantees that the products and services available through this Site are suitable for people located in any other country to buy. If you access this Site from outside of New Zealand, you’re responsible for this and you’re responsible for following the laws in the place you are located.
