We’ve made our claims process as quick and easy as possible.
You send us the claim, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Step 1: Gather the details
Download & complete a Funeral Benefit, Life Benefit or Terminal Illness Benefit Claim form. You’ll also need to provide certified copies of certain documents, such as a death certificate (a complete list of what we’ll need is listed on the form).
Step 2: Send us everything
Email or post the completed form and necessary documents to:

Step 3: We’ll be in touch
A dedicated Claims Manager will take care of the rest and keep you updated as we review the claim.
All valid claims are paid as quickly as possible after we’ve received the necessary forms and documents, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
