How do I make a claim?
We’ve made our claims process as easy as possible, so you can focus on more important things.
Making a claim starts with downloading the Life Benefit, Funeral Benefit or Terminal Illness Benefit claim form (whichever applies to your situation) and following the instructions on it. When you’re done, email or post the form and supporting documents back to us (everything you’ll need to include is listed on the form).
If you’re unsure of which type of policy your loved one has, aren’t sure which form to use, or just need a little help getting started, you can always email or call our Customer Support team. They’ll explain the documents we need to review your claim and can talk you through filling out the claims form, too.
