I don't have access to the email address I used when I bought my policy. What do I do?
Bought your policy using an email you no longer use or can’t access any more (like an old work address)? If you remember your password, just log in to your DollarHub as you normally would and go to the My details area to update your email address under Login details.
Can’t remember your password, either? Email our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll confirm your details, update your email address and send you a new temporary password.
